orders will be shipped within 14 working days unless you are contacted with other information.

all jewellery pieces are handmade in the local workshop. this means that that most pieces are made when ordered – especially for you. we do our very best to ship asap, but some things might take a little longer to produce. do you have a special deadline do not hesitate to get in contact

We ship worldwide

Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the webshop.

All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT (25%) but if you buy outside EU the tax will be deducted. there might be tax and custom fees added when it enters your country.

Shipping fees

shipping fee within DK is 45dkk. we use dao or GLS as courier. They normally deliver within 1-4 days

shipping fee in the EU is 120 dkk and outside eu 300 dkk

you are always welcome to chose pick up in the store in jægersborggade copenhagen. then you also have the chance to see where your piece is made and meet the designer

Outside Denmark

International orders will normally be delivered within 5-14 business days. Deliveries to some countries may extend further than two weeks due to customs.

Warranty

Sale of Goods Act shortage rules apply to all purchases made on www.maleneglintborg.com. When you shop here, you have the 24-month warranty, which means that you either get your product replaced, repaired, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the situation. Ofcourse the complaint has to be justified, and the defect must not be caused by incorrect use.

Exchange & Returns

Exchanges and returns can be done within 14 days after receiving the goods. The returned items must be in an unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging.

How to return?

In case of returns and exchanges please contact us minimum 14 days before returning any items at malene@maleneglintborg.com.

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your account you assigned in the e-mail sent to our customer service.
exchange shipping cost will also be paid by the customer.
